A week from 13/08 to 20/08 is mandatory combined with the previous or the next week.


The Price includes:
• Electricity, gas and hot/cold water consumption.
• air conditioning.
• Bed linen changed weekly.
• Terry towels set for each guest, changed twice a week.
• Canvas cot with edges (commonly known as a camping or travel cot), anti-suffocation pillow and bed linen for kids under 3, instead of a single bed.
• Table linen + dishcloths changed twice a week + cleaning kit at the accommodation upon arrival.
• Wi-Fi area and wireless broadband in every flat.
• Microwave if required when booking.
• Private beach with umbrella, 1 deckchair and 1 sunbed (double equipment only the four-room apartment De Luxe Nord).
• Combination safe lock in every flat.
• TV in livingroom and in double room (Cable TV).
• Direct phone in the apartment at the Residence.
• Hairdryer in the bathroom.
• If required ironing board and electric iron.
• Highchair children.
• Bowl baby bath.
• I.V.A.

Free for our guests:
• Mini club - Entertainment for adults and children in the morning, in the afternoon and almost every evening on the beach.


Optional services (to be paid separately):
• Midweek bed linen change: Euro 8,00 for a single bad change, Euro 12,00 for a double bad change.
• Flat tidying and cleaning: two-room flat, Euro 25,00 – three-room flat, Euro 35,00 – four-room flat, Euro 50,00 (for each time).
• Parking place unattended:
  in the garage, Euro 50,00 per week
  outside parking area, Euro 30,00 per week
  (parking spaces both in the garage and in the external parking lot, unattended, must be reserved at the time of booking and while seats are available).
• Sun bed.
• Extra bed Euro 70,00 per week or Euro 15 per day.
• Kids highchair.
• Laundry service (washing powder included) €. 7,00 per wash.


Not included:
• Tourist tax (€ 1,00 per adult per day for the first 7 days only). Children and children up to 14 years are exempt.


Final cleaning:
• Two-room flat Euro 60,00,
• Three-room Standard and Superior flat Euro 70,00,
• Three-room Plus flat Euro 75,00,
• Four-room flat Euro 85,00
  Cooking corner cleaning not included (supplement for cooking corner extra cleaning 50,00 Euro).
