The living area offers a large living room furnished with a double sofa bed, table with chairs, large LCD TV (digital terrestrial) and a modern kitchen equipped with crockery and various utensils, a tall refrigerator column with freezer compartment and, on request, can have a microwave oven.

The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom with LCD TV (digital terrestrial), bedroom with 2 single beds (NO bunk beds), bathroom with shower cubicle and hairdryer . 

The outdoor area offers a pleasant and private place with a large terrace (which extends along the entire length of the apartment) equipped with an outdoor table and chairs for dining outdoors, with a convenient washing tray and clothesline complete with pegs. A three-room apartment on the raised ground floor also has a private, fenced garden which can be accessed by going down, from the terrace, a few steps of a short staircase protected by a gate to prevent small children from descending without the supervision of an adult. This courtyard, convenient for children to play in absolute freedom and safety, has a paved area with a large umbrella and sunbeds for moments of relaxation.
